allegedly, the girl seem to be a friend of itzy's yuna. they weren't on a date, they weren't just having a friendly chat, they were strictly together both to lure the corporation (hybe) and to find out if yuna was okay? from what i can see, jay and yuna aren't talking right now and that's why jay saw one of her friends right when the pictures were taken.

here's the interesting thing, because the first card is a knight of swords. yuna's friend agreed to get together and dress more formally, as if they were on a date. she was aware that the corporation could catch them together and just went with the flow. therefore, the sasaengs in question who keep catching the guys from enhypen may have been hired intentionally by hybe. i'm suspecting that the guys actually rebelled against belift and hybe.
