i think it's better to answer your questions first and then summarize.

yes, the radical islamists (for the most part) will leave kazakhstan. the rest will manage to integrate relatively successfully... as much as possible. apparently there will be a small part of them who will really like the country.

kazakhstan's relations with china, russia, the usa and even some european countries (i'm not saying the eu on purpose, because it could fall apart in 5-10 years) seem to be excellent, with trade and exchange more than ever. however, i see russia still keeping them on a leash due to external influences from other countries, whose relations will not be very good (i.e. land disputes), but for everything else they will be relatively free.

the birth rate will increase, and i also see a lot of foreigners coming to kazakhstan. i do not rule out the return of citizens of kazakhstan who have already emigrated (i am not talking only about kazakhs, but also about other ethnic groups that have been in the country for generations, including russians).

regarding conservatism, i see that it will change on a global scale, so it is more difficult for me to see it for the country and the community there. i see that the kazakhs will hold on to their traditions and customs, but for basic rights (like women ones), i rather see a phenomenon in which they will be forced to introduce normal rights for women into their constitution and actually obey them. as for the lgbtq+ community, it is difficult for me to see whether they will have it, but i do not rule out this possibility. (it is possible that russia will be forced in the same way)

i do not see a war with russia.

regarding the next presidents, i see putin stepping down after the war in ukraine and whether there will be a subordinate to putin in the coming years, definitely no. therefore, i am asking instead whether there will be a president of kazakhstan dependent on the russian presidency, and here i am leaning towards "maybe". for some things, it will really be necessary to say "no" or "yes" for the good of the country (therefore, russia is like a father figure for kazakhstan). for the rest, however, they will be extremely free.

and for the culture, there may be more diversity that are different from the kazakh/russian culture, including k-pop concerts, but at this stage it will not be massive and/or permanent due to a tighter budget of the country and local companies.

in summary, in addition to the already mentioned things, kazakhstan has great potential to be a developed country within 30 years, but there are geopolitical obstacles that will be forced to be kept on a leash by someone else, in this case russia. historical factors will remain a great influence on the country, but thank god, the coming years will be calmer and more peaceful for kazakhstan.

Will radical Islamists leave the country? What about economy, relationship with China, Russia, USA? Will birth rate decline in favour of decent quality life? Will people be less conservative? What about lgb rights, women's rights? Will we have the war with Russia? Will we have a new president who is not a Putin puppet? Will a lot of Russians move to the country? Will we get kpop concerts?
